  • Domestic U.S. Travel Package: $1500- $5000
    Includes airfare, lodging, full-day coverage

  • International Travel Package: $3,500- $10,000
    Includes airfare, lodging, gown transport concierge, Full Wedding Day coverage

  • South Carolina On-Site Seamstress Day Rate: $850/day (includes up to 6 service hours. emergency quick fixes, styling, steaming. No major alterations included)

  • Extended Hourly Rate: $125/hour

  • Pre-Wedding Virtual Consultation: $125

  • 7 bridesmaids or more requires an additional seamstress $150

ADD-ONS

  • Bridal Couture Emergency Kit (Keepsake Edition): $75

  • Garment Transport Bags (Monogrammed): $50

  • Rehearsal Day Service Add-On: $350

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

A 50% retainer is required to secure travel dates and full-day booking.
Remaining balance due 72 hours prior to departure. Custom quotes available for extended stays, multi-day weddings, or luxury resort access.

All Consultations and Visits are by appointment only!

- A non-refundable booking fee is required per hour, with an additional fee for additional hours. If you choose to have your garment made by Latoya, the booking fee will be credited to your order.

Consultation

- all consultations are with The Designer, Latoya.

- You will discuss questions, dress ideas, potential fabric options, and time frames as well as any important information that related to your Custom garmet

- A final illustration of your dress design with full details can also be booked for an additional fee and will be sent to you by email or text within two weeks. Illustrator - Kemet.

Pricing

- Custom garments $300 and up for kids.

- Custom garments for adults $500 and up for casual dresses, such as everyday wear or church attire.

- Custom Evening gowns and Prom gowns $900 and go up to $8000.

- Custom Bridal gowns $2000 and go up to $15,000.

- The final price will depend on the fabrics you choose and the intricacies of your design.

Booking and Production

- Please book your consultation in a timely manner to avoid rush fees.

- Fabric will more than likely need to be ordered unless I have your desired material in stock. Please consider the time it takes for that material to be delivered prior to your garment process to begin.

- All items are made-to-order, with production times varying from 10-24 weeks (2 to 5 months), based on details of the design.



Rush fees

- If an item is needed earlier than 10 weeks, a rush order will be applied

- Rush fees $200 - $500 and are based on Time frame needed and design.
